Before I go to bed at night, I take 10 minutes to pick up the house. It's amazing what you can get done in 10 minutes if your only focus is to clean! (Got this idea from Gretchen Rubin's book called The Happiness Project.)

Each song is avg 4 minutes so for each song do 10 sit ups and after the 10 sit ups breathe until the song ends and do it again for 3 more songs :) in less than 20 minutes you will do 40 sit ups and have no breathing issues
I started with a commitment to do 10 minutes of exercise a day 109 days ago. Some days it was hard just to get that 10 minutes in. I gradually upped my daily goal to 15 minutes and shoot for 200 cardio minutes per week. But it started with a commitment for 10 minutes a day. THIS goal alone has been the most important change I've made while on spark people
I only count in my 10 minutes - walking in my neighborhood, getting on the elliptical, doing the WII, etc. I don't count, the time I'm walking in the grocery store shopping or gardening, though those activities also burn calories. I make it deliberate -put on my sneakers and do something different.
To tidy up and exercise at the same time, do the tidying relay! Look around the room you're in and find one object that's out of place. Take it to the right room, put it away then find something in that room that is out of place. Keep going for 10 minutes, count how many objects you put away and
then try and beat your score next time!
You will end up running all over the house, in and out of different rooms, up and down stairs etc. Don't worry if you visit the same room several times, it's not a wasted trip as you are getting more exercise! Turn it into a game =)
