I found a good way to tone up your legs, get in some cardio..and include your children is to march!

is simply by marching around in your backyard! It's quite the workout just doing it for a mere 3 mins as the grass/dirt etc is a bit more work then a flat surface. The important part is to work on raising your legs to bend at a 90 degree angle at an even beat. You can do this inside due to weather.
