When changing a lifestyle & learning to eat healthy, don't concentrate on all the foods you can't or shouldn't have, but concentrate on all the healthy & satisfying foods we can have. We put too much emphasis on foods we feel we will have to do without, when its really a matter of portion control.

    In my book, there are NO foods that I cannot have. You hit it on the nail - portion control (and how often), as long as they fit into my daily calorie range AND I get my fruits and veggies in!!
