When I come home from shopping I will take any snacks and measure and weigh them according to the package information, write the info for each on the bag then store them in a bin.This saves time and allows me to pick the right calorie or the right grain needed for tracking my day's intake. This works well for fruits and veggies as well they are always ready for on the run days. 277495267
It happened by accident one day. I brought the scale down from the bathroom to weigh something on it and later that day my daughter accidently kicked it under the front edge of the refridgerator. Of course, being the busy mom I am, I didn't pick it up right away.
I noticed it later as I was opening the fridge to get something to eat (out of boredom). Seeing the scale made me think twice and with the success I've started to see that scales gonna stay right where it is!!!
I work nights and weigh in every Monday morning before breakfast. I'm off every Sunday usually. When I pick up Sunday night and weigh in I usually will have gained 1#. If I weigh in next day after sleeping all night I will be down 1/2 to 1#.24
