As a dental hygienist, please be cautious about over-using whitening strips. The best time to use them is after your dental cleaning, when the stain and plaque have been removed, teeth have been checked and there are no issues with cavities or pre-carious lesions (white-spots) Have seen instances of multiple cavities due to over-use, especially in young adults who are somewhat lax about regular visits, and use the strips as a replacement to a dental visit. I have seen success in patients with just advising to brush and floss after their dinner, and just having a clean mouth is a deterrent to snacking. Spark on!
