As soon as I unpack my groceries from my reusable grocery bags, I put the empty bags near the door that is on my way outside. This way I can grab them on the next trip out to the car and have them ready for my next shopping trip. emoticon

More Information:

When I get to my favorite grocery store, there are large signs around the parking lots reminding customers not to forget their shopping bags.

  • Yes! I've done this for about 4 years. Even before I had cloth bags, I reused my plastic bags until they had holes in them. Then I'd recycle them. Further, I use my cloth bags for everything: library books, department store shopping, pet store shopping, drug store, pretty much all my shopping and carrying. I love that I'm not grabbing plastic all the time and they are so much more secure (easier to carry and sit in my trunk better.) - by KATESACUTUP
  • I do the same thing! :)

  • When I'm done unload my reusable bags, I put them in my car, so I don't forget them on the next shopping trip - by KEETAK
