Raw cucumbers and tomatoes can stimulate weight loss. Make a tomato and cucumber salad. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber, feta cheese & a low-fat salad dressing. Eat a whole plate of this salad before meals. It will reduce your hunger & help you avoid overeating on high-calorie food. Create a healthy sandwich with 2 slices of Bordens Fat Free American cheese & some lettuce with a few slices of tomato & cucumber to a slice of whole-wheat bread.
For lunch I'll sometimes have a salad consisting of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion & grilled chicken. However, instead of the usual salad dressings, I use mustard. It may sound strange, but I figure its a lot like the standard lunch of a sandwich or wrap, but without the bread. And mustard has far less calories & fat than typical dressings - plus you don't really need all that much of it because of the strong flavor, so sodium is less too. Also salsa is another good dressing replacement.
