I keep a gym bag full of all the things I can forget to pack in my gym bag. I call it my "no excuses bag" I have socks, extra sneakers, Gym outfit, toiletries....everything and anything I may forget and use as an excuse not to go the gym. I even have fiber bars and snacks in case I need to fuel.
Next time you drive to your favorite fitness center for a workout, park as far from the front door as possible. I see people at my local 24 Hour fitness center driving in circles looking for a close spot. Why? Try to break this habit for the gym at least, and you may end up breaking it for good!
If your gym is within a mile, walk to it for a nice warm up and cool down.
