When I plan my meals for the day. I track them by measuring and plotting them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner ...If I go over the calories (or any of the nutritional categories) I can find this out before consuming and being over. I adjust and then I am ready for the day. emoticon

    I had not been tracking but I do so much better when I do so that is what I am trying to stick with
