When I plan my meals for the day. I track them by measuring and plotting them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner ...If I go over the calories (or any of the nutritional categories) I can find this out before consuming and being over. I adjust and then I am ready for the day.

Remembering that I'm human allows me to forgive myself when I mess up. I am my worst critic and sometimes my desire to succeed at something causes me to want to be immortal. If I allow myself to be human in my SPARKS journey, then I know I can do this.
