I learned to make soyflour pancakes. I just added egg whites instead of whole eggs. Use soymilk instead of milk. Add cinnamon, a little raw brown sugar & pam cooking spray. Sugar free syrup, top it with fruit. You can make banana pancakes.very low fat & a lot less calories!

Went to Sam's Club with my nephew, Fancybird24 last week. We double dog dared each other to try the soy milk that the Demo Lady offered. It was awesome! I have lactose problems anyways, so this was an even better deal for me. It was fantastic with my cereal!
