I learned to make soyflour pancakes. I just added egg whites instead of whole eggs. Use soymilk instead of milk. Add cinnamon, a little raw brown sugar & pam cooking spray. Sugar free syrup, top it with fruit. You can make banana pancakes.very low fat & a lot less calories!
