    I do the same thing. It helps me stay on track.

    I do that a lot. It is still hard when you have co-workers like me that do nothing but order out but it all comes down to me have the well power of just saying no and eating what I have.

    I do this also. it is great to have a portion/calorie controlled meal ready to go for the day. If we do a big cook up we freeze some for when we are running short of time and need to get something quick and easy for dinner.
