I love to eat!! Who doesn't? I find that having a place where I can log in what I eat makes me accountable. I was told to journal, and with all do respect, didn't find it at all fun. Having this site, where I can log in my day, keeps me on track!!
I guess this isn't really a secret, but for me it is. It's been the secret to my losing 33 pounds!!!!

My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!
