Focus on foods that you can ADD to your diet and not just those you should cut down on. I've experimented with lots of low calorie foods and SP recipes that were new to me and found some new favourites as my tastes have changed. Making this journey an adventure is more motivating than deprivation.

    You are so right! When I have family/holiday meals here; taking care of myself means having more choices on the table; not less. I never feel deprived anymore!

    You are SO Right! So many of the Spark Recipes have become favorites at our house; I don't even think of fixing some of the things I used to do often (mainly 'cause they were quick & easy, not necessarily wonderful). I LOVEA Spark Recipes!!

    Went to the farmer's market Saturday and found so much cheaper than the stores. For such a cheap price I bought such a variety of veggies to try that I would never do if purchased from the store.
