I always carry a small note pad and a pen in my purse. Since I do not have internet access 24/7 to track my food I use the notepad to at least write down what I ate. That way I can not forget anything or better yet lie to myself that "I haven't eaten anything all day".

SOMEONE SAID "OH, I DON'T COUNT CALORIES"

    I have a pen and paper ready in the dining room to do the same, just in case I eat something/or more than I planned. It keeps me honest emoticon
