I hung a skirt I would like to get into on my exercise/quiet room door. I see it everytime I go in there to do my strength training and yoga, so it helps me keep moving. Some days I just don't feel like exercising, I'll go sit in my quiet room for a bit and see the skirt on the door and it reminds me to exercise.
I had a co-worker say to me "you know what to do, you're just not doing it". I wanted to say, I am doing it! But, I kept quiet while she boasted about paying to join a weight loss group next week. I thought, I see your challenge and it's ON!!! 104
