Since I eat out a lot I always take part of my meal home. Ask for a box at the beginning of your meal and box up part of it and don't open it until you get home.
When I was working toward my goal weight I pushed my plate away when I was full.

    Portion Control is one of the first things I had to learn on my journey to my "lifestyle change" and no I am not referring to my sexual orientation, I say lifestyle change instead of diet because all diets accomplish is getting skinny as soon as you can and don't usually work But if you are lucky enough to get skinny on a diet you are so worried about losing weight that you don't teach yourself anything about being able to keep it off with a healthy eating lifestyle. It has taken over a decade of trying to diet to finally learn that I can't diet. It just leads to disaster. emoticon
