If I take time to think about things, I can find ways to talk myself out of doing what is most likely best for me. I plan my coming day the night before and then, I just do the things I have planned for. They are non-negotiable!!
I cannot let how I might feel in the morning or other family member's issues get in the way of my exercise, my work, my meal plans or chores. When I do, that creates problems or things that I need just don't get done.
