If I take time to think about things, I can find ways to talk myself out of doing what is most likely best for me. I plan my coming day the night before and then, I just do the things I have planned for. They are non-negotiable!!

Sometimes I find that sticking to my healthy plans helps out or solves other problems. That gives me even more reason to go for it!!!
