My problem with gummies is that they don't have any iron. I've been tracking my iron and it seems like I never get enough (probably because I don't eat much meat). I'm looking for something with about %30 of my daily iron in it, but I can't seem to find any. Does anybody know of a LOW dose multi-vitamin?

I take the hard one's too, I like the Flintsotne's (both versions) because they don't upset my stomach like the adult version.

They only have 15 calories and 3g carbs per adult serving (2 gummies daily).

I had that same thought.... but look at how much sugar is in those. For me, the sugar is bad. BUT, I found that I can take the Flinstone's Complete hard one, and they use sorbitol and not sugar-- no calories, and no sugar triggers... and I get to feel like a kid!
