I figured I should take a vitamin, but why not feel like a kid and take a couple of gummy vitamins instead of a boring old tablet?
I love candy, and this is a way for me to feel like I am eating it without going overboard. Plus, there is no way I am going to forget my vitamins when I look forward to them all day!

I've always had a hard time remembering to take my vitamins... until I got gummy vitamins! I keep them in the kitchen where I can see them, and then when I'm in there I remember to munch on two gummy vitamin bears!
I get my sweet craving at night after dinner. I don't feel like i've finished eating for the day until I have had a taste of something sweet - so I have 2 stand bys: Dark (70%) Chocolate and Gummy Vitamins. I don't have the chocolate every night, but I do have the vitamins! I take 2 gummy multis, 2 gummy C's and 2 gummy calciums. Its a handful of candy and a 60 calorie treat that has some real benefits.
