On the weekends I find my motivation slips a little. What I'll do to curb that is put on my workout clothes first thing in the morning. It kind of makes you feel obligated to exercise once all the proper gear is on.

Use those weekends or your days off to get some long workouts in. During the week, schedules get hectic and you may lose valuable time to get some good exercise in. People tend to eat more on the weekends, as well. You won't have to feel guilty.
Fridays are a great day knowing that the weekend is just about here. Try to plan ahead and try to get some exercise into your weekend. You have more control over your exercise during the weekend than food sometimes.
