Stop Eating Late And Drink Your Water!

I have noticed that every time I eat late and dont drink my water, my weight either goes up or stays the same. When I follow these 2 rules (as long as I haven't totally went nuts on food) that I usually find the scales are friendlier to me. emoticon

    I agree with this 100%!!! I have proven this time and time again. Don't be afraid to drink the water. The more water you drink, the less food you will eat and the better you will feel!!!
