Lay out all of the exercise clothes you want to use for the week on Sunday. Then your goal is to go through all of them by the following Sunday. If I plan to work out 5 days that week, I lay out 5 full sets of clothes. If I plan to do 2-a-Days a few of those days, I'll lay out 8 and make that my goal--to get in 8 workouts total for the week.
When I get home from work, I change right into my workout clothes and shoes. That way, even if I have to do some sort of chore before working out (like wash out my lunch box or throw in a load of laundry), I can't get lazy and change my mind about working out. I'm already in the clothes and ready to go.
