I often spend hours sitting behind a desk. I will set my phone to chime every hour and remind me to get up and stretch, move and even do a few jumping jacks. I find that at the end of the day, if I will get up and move at least once every hour I don't feel near as "worn out" at the end of the day

Getting in a little extra - while heating up my lunch at work, I'll do leg abductions or adductions; when brushing my teeth, same thing. Also, I sit at a desk, so butt crunches, stand and do push ups off my desk, anything to keep the blood flowing and get that little extra in.
