I keep chocolate Vitatops in my freezer to use as a snack for my 3pm slump. One Vitatop is only 100 calories, but it has 5g of fiber, 4g of protein, 15 vitamins and minerals, and it's substantial enough to fill me up. The bottom line is they taste good too.

Almonds have been my saving grace when it comes to getting past the 3pm "snack". They are great in controlling your apetite and giving you that 3pm "crunch". In addition to apetite control they are great for an after workout boost.
Do one of these things when u know you are prone to snack.
My time for wanting to snack is 3pm. So I usually head out away from food, for a walk/bike ride. Or if you are in low energy by that time take a bath with candles and soft music. Also looking at some fat pictures.trust me you won't wanna snack after that. Hopefully it helps ya! 321
Combine some plain yogurt with the flavoured kind. I hate artificial sweeteners, so I usually buy the kind that has sugar. But it is too sweet. I find that if I cut it with plain yogurt such as activia, it actually tastes much better and it is less sugary. I divide the yog into two portions.
