It is nice to have a pool but when the weather is so hot and humid you can't even get out in it. One of these days I am going to get in that pool or I am going to start getting in it at night. Stay safe in.this high, humid heat. Have a great weekend.
I am going to loose 5 to 10 pounds and I am going to start walking more and a swimming more. More exercises and mostly fruits and veggies to eat. I will turn my life around and be healthier. In the heat it is hard to do a lot of exercises outside and even in the pool because you will burn up. Smile.
