all you need is basic every day house work that needs to be done .. picking up toys putting toys away dancing to music while you do your chores and the steps add up really fast and you know how we parents say no jumping on the bed right well now i say when the kids take a nap jump and jump your bed.

I found that if i leave my debit card and cash at home and pack a lunch for work...i am not tempted to go out with the girls for lunch and i am forced to eat at work...i am saving money and losing the weight...the funny thing is the girls started packing their lunches too and we are all together again...lol
When I am sick of eating healthy, I like to get out my healthy cookbooks & look through them for ideas. The pictures look so yummy that it is hard not to get motivated to get back on track. I always seem to find something new & delicious.
