I recently went back to work. In order to keep up with my exercise regimen, I pack my lunch after dinner while I am still in "kitchen-mode" so that I have no excuse to buy a less than desirable lunch at the office.

Pour boiling water over old fashioned oats and let it sit a bit. When you come back to it, it will be cooked, If you add some raisins or dried cranberries with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg before adding the water, it's especially tasty!
