I'm still breaking myself of the Junk Food/Grazing habit, so I've added these two titles as additional meals so I can see at a glance, (because I'm now committed to "honestly" list these foods on my nutrition count) - where I've made poor food choices, and resolve to do better. It works for me!

I have so many of these that I haven't bought the cloth grocery bags yet. Every time I shop, I put the same bags all into one bag and put the one bag in the back seat of my car. Then whenever I stop at a store, I grab a few. It makes all the difference to have them in plain sight.
(By the way, I wish Spark would add Green Tips or Recycling to their categories.)
The best thing I did was add the category "coffee" to my nutrition coffee (includes cream & sugar). It made me SEE that 1/2 my calories for the day were in the coffee I drink. No wonder I was hungry. What category could YOU add?
