For months I was stuck. I walk and so the heart rate was not getting up high enough to burn calories. Especially walking on flat ground. So I have started back doing 30 mins on the treadmill with 6% - 12% inclines and this has started the weight lose for me again.
Make sure you have water so you don't have to stop to get it during your workout. And I use a fan when the weather gets hot, plugged into a remote - With the push of a button it starts up for me!
