For months I was stuck. I walk and so the heart rate was not getting up high enough to burn calories. Especially walking on flat ground. So I have started back doing 30 mins on the treadmill with 6% - 12% inclines and this has started the weight lose for me again.
Make sure you have water so you don't have to stop to get it during your workout. And I use a fan when the weather gets hot, plugged into a remote - With the push of a button it starts up for me!

A year ago my arthritic knees had gotten so bad I was barely walking. It was a vicious circle, it hurt to move so I stopped moving which made my joints worse so I moved even less. The doctor recommended a round of physical therapy and regular pool exercise which got me moving again. I still have pain but I can walk and move normally through daily activities again. The lesson I finally learned is to keep moving to keep moving, especially when you don't feel like it!
I have found since I began wearing a step counter that I do move around more. I make extra trips, take the long way, etc. Yesterday I made 19,000 steps, including my workout. I think I have finally broken through my plateau and begun moving in the right direction again.
This seems to be one of the best motivational tools for keeping me moving that I have ever tried.
Although relatively well known now, the Law Of Attraction: that which is likened to itself is drawn, has again been forgotten &or misunderstood. It is my reason for staying positive...since I've studied Abraham's (of Abraham-Hicks) teachings I finally feel comfortable spiritually. I'm no longer waiting for "that" event to happen to finally make me happy...I know that I can make myself happy & I'm in control of my destiny & I create my own reality!
