Exercise is a tough thong for many people, but try it, start slow and keep working on consistence and increasing your time. The funny thing is that those lovely endorphins will kick in and you feel great. You will want more and slowly start to like it!!

  • I'm not a gym rat, but I'm getting used to it. DB is a gym rat so we go together - but once I get through those doors, I do go for it - no use having a personal trainer unless I get my money's worth, eh? I went alone today, not even with the personal trainer, and had one of my best exercise days ever. It doesn't come naturally, but I really am working on it and BOY, do I feel like polishing my halo once I've done it! - by CHEBBA
  • Thanks for this encouragement. I hate exercise and I am always tired. I don't even know what will work for me now.   • I've found that once I get used to exercising, and then for some reason am not able to do it for a period of time (I recently went through some oral surgery and was not able to exercise for a couple of weeks) I miss it. I have been able to resume my exercising now and feel much better. - by LEGALSEC20
