I march when I brush my teeth, I use an electric tooth brush so I know I'm getting at least 2 minutes twice a day. then I march while folding clothes are any thing when I'm just standing, those extra steps add up..I also march at commercial time if I'm watching TV..better than staying still. I

I work as a sales clerk in a store , and to sneak in some extra steps while at work ,I have moved the behind- the- counter trash can further away from where it used to be .This makes me take two extra steps to get to it after each transaction, as our customers usually never want their reciept and it gets thrown away .This has been adding an average of 150 extra steps to my daily count.Extra steps add up !Keep moving any way you can !311
Park further away. Whether shopping, at work, or running errands, those extra steps add up. You can easily add a few hundred extra steps per day just by parking at the far end of the parking lot and if you are someplace where you have to pay for parking you may save money too. Those extra calories burned by those extra steps will add up to extra weight lost.
