Make A Plan



Start the day off by making a plan for the day. Write down everything you think you want to achieve that day, include exercise and when you have done each task tick it off. You will get a great feeling of sattisfaction when you see how much you got ticked off.

  • I've been doing this for years, when I was working it was the only way I could accomplish everything that needed done. Now that I am retired--I no longer have the time constraints but the list gives my day "roots". emoticon - by MRSCLAUS46
  • Just be sure to give yourself permission to leave some items on the list not checked off. This is very difficult for perfectionist people like me. emoticon - by WANNABLITE
