Start the day off by making a plan for the day. Write down everything you think you want to achieve that day, include exercise and when you have done each task tick it off. You will get a great feeling of sattisfaction when you see how much you got ticked off.

Planning ahead is critical for me! From planning meals before going to the grocery store, keeping healthy snacks and meals on hand, making my lunch the night before, or reviewing a menu before eating out - it's all about making a plan and sticking to it!
I find that I am a very visual person, I like colorful food...so when making meal plan to avoid the temptation of going out I make a visual meal plan calendar and then it is like punishment if I miss out on something that looks to good to give up. sort of the you don't know what your missing until it is gone approach...well I see it and I know I will miss it 211
