Start the day off by making a plan for the day. Write down everything you think you want to achieve that day, include exercise and when you have done each task tick it off. You will get a great feeling of sattisfaction when you see how much you got ticked off.

    I've been doing this for years, when I was working it was the only way I could accomplish everything that needed done. Now that I am retired--I no longer have the time constraints but the list gives my day "roots". emoticon

    Just be sure to give yourself permission to leave some items on the list not checked off. This is very difficult for perfectionist people like me. emoticon
