Just pack your fruit in early, and drink it. Even if you don't like eating fruit or cutting it up, smoothies are easy. Start with a ripe banana, add a little plain yogurt or skim milk, add a mix of other fruits... berries, half an orange, pineapple, peaches, etc.
This is a good way to pack in some fruit early, and it's a healthier (and faster) breakfast than some other choices. If you like, use frozen, precut fruit.
