I made a small chart for on my refrigerator. I started with my beginning weight (183) and simply counted down on the paper to my goal weight (115). Every time I lose another pound I draw a line thru or highlight that number. I can see every week just how much I have lost & how much I have to go.

When you get home from the gym, don't sling your bag in the closet and forget about it. Clean it out and get it ready to go for the next time. One less obstacle in the way if you're not feeling motivated. It's always ready at a moment's notice. I keep it on a spare chair in the kitchen, too, so I see it waiting for me, as a visual motivator.
As one of my visual motivators, I have an inspiration journal that I write inspiring quotes in that help me focus on my weight loss journey and other goals. I write the quote which I often find on the site and then write a positive affirmation. This gives me something personal to reflect on when I need some motivation.
For example, a great quote I got an email after a bad weigh in- "Banish discouragement and feelings of impossibility by working hard, doing more and not giving in"
I am doing a great job and I NEED to keep going. I will not give up
