I overate this past weekend after racing the 10k. I really pushed myself and I didnt get the time I wanted. I also went to a wedding. Not sure if it was emotional, being busy, hungry from exerting energy...who knows..but i had wine, beer, pizza, steak sandwich, etc...etc... I just couldnt get enough. I am back on track now..but boy did I have a weekend of sorts!
