i used to drink a lot of caffeine free diet soda--In order to get more water in, I made a rule for myself that I couldn't have a soda until I had finished my 8 glasses of water first. That helped me to build a healthy habit...and now, I rarely drink soda ever.

    I gave it up a long time ago. To think at one time, I drank 2L a day!! Then one day, I just got so sick of it and stopped, not sure why. Then I rarely had it after that. The only time I crave it is when I have pizza, and as I don't have that, don't crave it anymore at all.

    That is great. I find myself drinking nothing but water--even when we go out on rare occasion.

    I never thought that I could live without my soda, now I don't drink it often and don't miss it either. This is a great change for me and my health.
