i used to drink a lot of caffeine free diet soda--In order to get more water in, I made a rule for myself that I couldn't have a soda until I had finished my 8 glasses of water first. That helped me to build a healthy habit...and now, I rarely drink soda ever.

  • I gave it up a long time ago. To think at one time, I drank 2L a day!! Then one day, I just got so sick of it and stopped, not sure why. Then I rarely had it after that. The only time I crave it is when I have pizza, and as I don't have that, don't crave it anymore at all. - by JHADZHIA
