From the time I get out of bed in the morning until the time I go to bed at night I wear a pedometer. Sometimes I forget to take it off when I go to bed, DH says it's so I get all the steps from sleepwalking counted. My goal is to get 10,000 steps per day. I am lost without my trusty Omron pedometer.
This is the pedometer I have and love, Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer with Advanced Omron Health Management Software. I got it from Amazon.com.
