I found these amazing thin chocolate cookies called World Table Chocolate Cookie Thins at my grocery store. The serving size is 7 cookies and it's only 130 calories. They melt in your mouth and if you eat them slowly they will kill ANY chocolate urge!! They're not a diet food so they don't have that crappy diet chocolate taste either :)
While this is not the best tasting hot chocolate in the world, when I'm dying for something chocolate and hot to warm me up, this hits the spot. It only has 25 calories and a lot of calcium (because of the non-fat powdered milk) so it's a win-win for me. It's more expensive than regular hot chocolate ($1.98 at Wal-Mart for 6 envelopes) but if it keeps me on track and helps me to feel satisfied, then I'm okay with that.
