    I agree with that. I got the ten minute workout dvd (can not remember the name) but after I did the ten minutes I did another ten!

    If i go to do just 10 minutes before I know it more has been done and 1/2 hour has gone by. emoticon

    My son said "mom, just put on your (workout) shoes". I do this with the intention of "only" 10 minutes and today I stretched it to 25 minutes on the treadmill by telling myself to push it just a little longer. emoticon

    I agree. I get that in and a whole lot more. That 10 mminutes is nothing to do.

    I use the five minute rule I tell myself I only need do five minutes. Then, five more. Where the energy comes from to keep going always delights me. I can do more than I feel I can! Nice to know.

    Excellent idea.. if you set yourself up for a min of 30 its more likely your wont even try on a busy day.

    Good point. I do the same when spring cleaning the whole house - 15 minutes per room.

    I agree. It is harder to get started but once you start you can usually keep doing more.
