I tend to eat out of boredom on the weekends. I'm much more structured during the work week and don't have time or opportunity to graze. So on the weekends, when I feel the urge to browse the pantry or fridge, I go brush my teeth. The cravings are gone!

before giving into a craving brush your teeth- after you brush your teeth food tastes gross so you will no longer want to eat whatever it is you are craving- by the time the taste of the toothpaste goes away, the craving will have passed
