I read Eckart Tolly's book The Power of Now. I don't remember everything at all but the one things that has always stood out is just being present in the NOW so I try and enjoy NOW what is my laptop humming, the children taking outside. the quietness of the home the fresh air in the room and the new air coming in the open windows then I focus on the Now and let the past future just go it always works out so I try and be in the NOW.
It's not always easy but with practice it seems to get easier for me. Give it a try it works
If you have a wegmans nearby, you need to pick up their "thai" veggie broth. It's vegetarian, and can be used in place of any vegetable/chicken/beef broth, but it has an explosive flavor - lemongrass, spice, etc. I use it to make simple dishes like lentils or rice taste out of this world!
(and when they are so tasy, it becomes easy to turn a side dish into a cheap, easy meal)
