Laundry Exercise




Since I'm already bending and stretching while doing the laundry, I decided to add a little more to my "work-out". For every item I take out of the washer, I jog in place 10x's. I usually take out 5 or 6 items at a time, and do little batches (of 50 or 60) at once.

More Information:

I've found this to be a good way of getting me going in the morning and also through-out the day if I've been a little lax in getting my steps in for the day!
