Since I'm already bending and stretching while doing the laundry, I decided to add a little more to my "work-out". For every item I take out of the washer, I jog in place 10x's. I usually take out 5 or 6 items at a time, and do little batches (of 50 or 60) at once.
I've found this to be a good way of getting me going in the morning and also through-out the day if I've been a little lax in getting my steps in for the day!

Finding the time to work out is something with which many of us struggle. I tend to multi-task, so I try to build exercise into my day in ways that fit in with other activities. My treadmill is by the laundry room, so I throw in a load of laundry before I start my run. While I run, I watch the news.
