& a normal meal could not satisfy you, don't eat a whole cake. Instead, reach for rotisserie chicken or broiled cod. Add a salad and a veggie. Eat slowly; stop when you are full. You may find it takes far less to satisfy you than you thought. Next time don't let yourself get so hungry.

I wake up @ 6:30 am but get around to eating breakfast only by 8:30 am after the kids have gone to school. But my nutritionist said it is not good to give a long gap between wake up time and breakfast and so she suggested I drink a cup of milk.
This way I am not starving by breakfast time.
