One of my favorite go to foods is bagged Cole Slaw from the produce section of the market. It satisfies the need when you want something crunchy. It makes a great low calorie salad add tomatoes and shaved turkey. Try it with Seseme Ginger Dressing (I like Newman's Own Low Cal Version).
It also makes a great filler for wraps. Need a veggie for dinner? Using a frying pan heat the Cole Slaw Mix in some low sodium broth with diced apples and dried cranberries.
