It has to be "for the rest of my life" kind of thinking. You have to believe that you are going to make it happen and will never be overweight again.

If you can't commit to yourself, how can you possibly succeed?

    I have not reached my goal yet, hopefully soon, almost there, but I know I am telling myself constantly, that it is for life, not just a temporary thing, I Pray I can get this through my head, because going back is just not an option, not when I feel so much better than I did.

    Maintaining the hardest part. I'm reading the "BECK DIET SOLUTION" which I recommend to everyone, since Dr. Beck uses Cognitive Therapy to help you learn to THINK like a THIN person. I got the book at the library .
