This Sparked Me!

When I first used the site my goal was to get a lot of spark points. I have learned a lot about food and exercise since then. Now I try to equal my points with the fitness minutes. It helps me exercise more. I feel better and better, and loose weight, of course!

    It is good to know there are others out there like me, I did the same thing now I am ready to loose weight. I know alot about how to do this but just wasn't committed, now I am in the right mind set to do what I have to do. Thank you so much for this post.
