Someone commented on Natures Own Sandwich Thins which I use often. I also like the thin English Muffins. I used to have to cut my bread so it would be thin. People are catching on and giving us what we want and need. 1/2 the calories with the same taste.

The brand I get is Arnolds sandwich thins and they are great for sandwiches at only 100 calories (compared to regular bread at 200 calories for 2 slices). I eat them for breakfast, also with one egg between the rounds and sprinkle with chipotle tabasco sauce for some early morning spice.

A super fast, tasty, easy to clean and healthy breakfast. Ingredients: 1 egg (or substitute), fat-free milk, 1 slice low fat cheese, 2 thin slices of lunch meat, toasted english muffin. Add the egg and milk to a cup with the same bottom size as the muffins. Stir and microwave for 1 min.

Stir as needed to keep from exploding over. Add the cheese and the meat on top of this, and microwave again for 10-15 seconds to melt the cheese. Put on the toasted english muffin - done. Can also add chopped vegis to the eggs instead of toppings.
