Need Exercise Equipment? Set Aside a Little Money & Watch for Sales
I do not have room for a treadmill or stationary bike, so I set aside a little money every week until I had enough money get good running shoes, free weights, resistance bands, medicine ball, pedometer, & stability ball. I did not get them in one shopping trip, but set aside money once a week, set a goal TO BE MET by the end of the month, COMPLETED the goal, looked for sales, and then bought the exercise equipment. I not only saved money, but I made sure NO EXCUSES when it comes to exercising!104
