I have struggled with extreme cravings for years. Recently with my doctors approval, I went on a gluten free diet. What a difference!!! I always thought the cravings and mood swings were due to sugar and/or hormones. But wheat was the biggest problem!
Sugar and dairy products can affect me too, but not as much as the wheat. It's a bummer that what I most crave is what has become toxic and I most need to avoid! The good news is that once I get off them, the cravings stop.
