Eating a healthy breakfast gives me lots of energy to get thru the morning & prevents grazing.
I like to start my day with a bowl of old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon & milk. Then I add in a few raisins & 1/2 tsp of peanut butter for creaminess. Finish off with a glass of Minute Maid 1/2 sugar OJ.
8:00AM 1/2 C Fage Plain Yogurt with 20 blueberries 10:00Am 15 Unsalted Almonds Noon Lettuce, Kale 10 cherry tomatoes, 4 oz chicken breast and 2 tbs of Kens Healty Options Italian Dressing 2:00PM 1 Egg and 10 cherry tomatoes 4:00 4 Walnuts and 1/2 of Fage Yogurt 6:00PM 2 Cups of Spinach, 1 sm. Sweet Potato plain, 4 oz. of chicken
